Had our AOS interview at 10:30. Arrived about 20 minutes early and got in 15 minutes early. The wait time was a killer, seemed like it lasted way too long, though it was probably about 10 minutes tops. Finally, some lady opened the door and called us in. Her name was Heather, I believe. She swore us in before we had a chance to sit down. We were both rather nervous, but the whole ordeal went rather well. She asked us some general questions about the submitted forms. Asked how we met each other, where both of us worked, where we went to school. Just the kind of questions a normal couple would answer without a sweat. Then proceeded to ask for some proof of our relationship. We showed her our bills, bank acct., and lots of pics. She glimpsed through most and then said that she was going to approve our petition. She was not overly friendly, but seemed at ease. Overall, our experience was very good. Good luck to all of you!

What a day! (July 19th) We had to be there for around 10:15. We go to the window, they lady goes through all of our stuff making sure we have everything in order. We needed another money order for the biometrics ( I thought it was actually included with the other fees, it isn't!) She gave us 15 minutes to go get a money order. 15 minutes in a city I'm not familar with. This scared me, luckily a bank was just down the road we had come through on. We go back, and she tells us to come back at 1pm. Be a little bit earlier since they could be running a little faster. Oh please. When we got there, there were only 2 other couples in the waiting room. We waited like 2 hours before we got called in. People kept coming and going, this was really freaking me out. Once we FINALLY got called, it was a piece of cake. The guy who did the interviewing actually said he didn't know why they tell us to come back so early, because it isn't until 1pm that he actually gets our file and then ha... read complete review

My wife and I had our DORA interview in Oklahoma City Tuesday, March 6th and were approved.
Our appointment time was 9:45 am. The person at the window who initially looked at our packet said it was missing my birth certificate and photos of me, which I politely argued were not needed. She said it would be up to interviewer, but the interviewer did not ask for them. She also pointed out that I had the wrong NOA. It was the NOA1 for receipt and not the NOA2 for approval of the I-129F, but this was not mentioned by the interviewer.
After checking over our packet they told us to go have lunch and come back at 12:00 for a 12:15 interview. We were called in promptly and the interview took about thirty minutes. The interviewer was fairly serious and down to business, not overly friendly but not rude either. After going over the list of legal questions, she asked how we met and what we liked to do together.
The supporting evidence I submitted was not extensive but w... read complete review
